*WRESTLERS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Ric Flair™

Height: 6 foot 1
Weight: 243 pounds
From: Charlotte, NC
Signature Move: Figure-Four Leglock
Career Highlights: 16 time World Heavyweight Champion; WCW World Heavyweight Champion; WWE Champion; United States Champion; Intercontinental Champion; WCW World Tag Team Champion; WWE Tag Team Champion
WWE Debut: 1991
Trained By: Verne Gagne

Also known as "The Nature Boy™," Flair is among the most well known wrestlers in the world, and has been one of wrestling's biggest stars since the late 1970s. Flair was often popular with the crowd due to his in-ring antics, including rule breaking (earning him the distinction of being "the dirtiest player in the game"), his cocky interview style, strutting and his shouting of "Woooooo!" The "Woooooo!" yell has since become a tribute to Flair, and is often shouted by the crowd whenever they see Ric or when another a wrestler performs one of Flair's signature moves.

Ric Flair has always known who he is – “a kiss-stealing, wheeling, dealing, jet-flying, limousine-riding son-of-a-gun”.
Yet incredibly, he almost didn’t become the most celebrated champion in sports-entertainment history. On October 4, 1975, he was among five passengers injured after an improperly fueled Cessna 310Q twin-engine plane suffered mechanical failure and crashed down in Wilmington, North Carolina. Doctors insisted that
Flair, who had broken his back in three places, would never wrestle again. So he did the only thing he could do: Ignore the doctors, rehab, and become a ring legend with a “flair” for championship gold. “I wish I could say that the plane crash humbled me,” he says, “but I just started living the life of the ‘Nature Boy’ and didn’t look back. I took my insurance settlement and bought my first new Cadillac.”

Flair made his name on wrestling hour-long marathon matches. Taking part in two influential and historical factions, The Four Horsemen and Evolution;
“Slick Ric” maintains that the party he started four decades ago is far from over. Flair has never strayed from being “The Man” who most young sports-entertainers – WWE Superstars included – idolize. Even those unfamiliar with his career, the “styling and profiling” in custom-tailored sequined ring robes, or his “Nature Boy” strut, know one thing when they hear “Woooooo!” shouted at a WWE live event, a craps table in a Las Vegas casino, or on the scoreboard at the RBC Center, home of the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes: They’re in “Ric Flair Country.”

Flair is recognized by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) as a 17-time World (WCW), he also had two stints as a Heavyweight Champion, although his actual tally of World Championship reigns varies by source - some totaling as high as 21. Flair also won the 1992 Royal Rumble and the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

On March 30, 2008, one night after he became the only active wrestler to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame,
Flair ended his 36-year career at WrestleMania XXIV.

NOW Ric Flair enters the squared circle once again to face the immortal
Hulk Hogan and determine once and for all, who is the greatest wrestler of all!

Nasty BOys
Unlike most professional wrestling tag teams, Jerry Sags and Brian Knobbs are childhood friends who put themselves together (whereas most tag teams are matched together by bookers). The Nasty Boys began their careers in 1985 and December 1990 with their manager Jimmy Hart, they announced their intention to "Nastisize the WWF". After becoming the number one contenders by winning a seven team battle royal on the February 16, 1991 airing of Superstars of Wrestling (last eliminating the Legion of Doom, thanks to interference from Power and Glory), The Nasty Boys defeated The Hart Foundation for the WWF World Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania VII, and held the titles until SummerSlam 1991, when they were defeated by the Legion of Doom in a no disqualification, no count-out match. The Nasty Boys have a reputation of being very stiff with their opponents and it will be a brave pair of wrestlers who team up to face them in Hulkamania Let the Battle Begin.

At one point, Edward Fatu had an impressive streak in which he was undefeated by pinfall or submission in WWE competition in 34 consecutive televised matches. The monster is a 2-time Intercontinental Champion who has also won Championships in Japan and Hawaii. Hometown: The Other Side Of Darkness
Finishing Move: Impaler DDT

Darkness will spread in the arenas of Australia when Vampire Warrior’s sinister presence is made. Once the action starts, things get even worse for his opponents as Vampire Warrior’s in-ring skills are tough to compete with. This comes as a result of training under many of wrestling’s greats including “Boris Malenko,” “The Wild Samoans” and in the infamous “Hart Family Dungeon.” In WWE, Vampire Warrior (known then as Gangrel) formed a faction known as “The Brood” along with “Edge” and “Christian.” The trio eventually became part of “The Ministry Of Darkness” under the rule of “The Undertaker.” Vampire Warrior later managed “Matt and Jeff Hardy” as “The New Brood”. Hometown: Red Light District
Finishing Move: Pimp Drop, Ho Train

The Pimp Fatha is never alone when he steps into the ring.  Not only does he have thousands of fans behind him, but also a bevy of beautiful ladies known as the Ho Train.  He is a fair man; The Pimp Fatha has been known to offer his opponents the opportunity to utilize the members of The Ho Train for “any purpose” if the opponent forfeits the match to him.  Either way, opponents of The Pimp Fatha are in for a long night.  The Pimp Fatha has strong striking ability mixed with power and surprising agility.  It goes without saying that he has stamina.  He is a former WWE Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion.  At one point, The Pimp Fatha teamed with Sean Morley as “Supply and Demand”, it will be interesting to see if they join forces on this tour.  One thing is certain; it is always a party atmosphere when The Pimp Fatha is in the house!

He also may have a case of mistaken identity as he has been known to present himself in various personas including a military drill sergeant. From time to time he has shown a softer side, writing and reciting poems and recruiting young fans as his “friends” to participate in post match victory marches. What side of Heidenreich will fans see in Australia? One thing is not in question, that is his size, power and intensity.
